Shipping Information

Please see below for typical shipping times and information about the shipping process.

Please note that if your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, if you wish to cancel, please allow delivery of your order, and then return the goods to our returns address. Please note that in order to offer the best possible prices to our customers, we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. Contact our support team at support@leafences.com for further assistance.

To reduce unnecessary CO2 emissions during transport, we limit the distance our orders travel by shipping directly from the place of manufacture to you.

Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order takes a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid prevents approximately 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

When will my order ship out?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days. Sometimes during busy periods, this may take longer. We allow up to 30 business days for delivery before issuing a full refund.

Priority Processing

Priority Processing is an upgrade to the standard processing method, which gives your order priority in the warehouse/logistical system and brings it to the front of the queue for shipment. It does not affect the shipping time of your order.

Insured Shipping

The shipping insurance upgrade entitles customers to a free replacement if parcels are lost or stolen during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (which may take 24-48 hours to update).

My package hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

If your package hasn't arrived within 14 business days, we want to help you find it.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Verify the expected delivery date has passed

Track the parcel on our website by clicking here to check the status of the package and verify that its expected delivery date has passed.

2. Check that the address you provided is correct in your order confirmation

We deliver packages as addressed and will make every attempt to correct any addressing issues. However, we can’t change the address once the package has been mailed. Please review your order confirmation to ensure the address is correct.

3. If tracking status says "delivered", look around the delivery location for your package

If you can't find your delivery at your door, check the following locations:

  • Around your property. The delivery person may have left the package in a secure location or left a Delivery Notice Card.
  • Check with everyone in the household. Someone else may have received or retrieved the package.
  • Check Tracking to see if anyone signed for your package. If they did, see if it matches anyone in the household.
Apartment Building
  • Your individual mailbox
  • Parcel locker (we leave a key in your mailbox)
  • Security desk
  • Building superintendent or concierge
Business
  • Mailroom
  • Front desk or security
  • Courier service or a third-party
Community Mailbox
  • Your individual mailbox
  • Parcel compartment (we leave a key in your mailbox)
Large Institution (e.g., university)

The mailroom. This is our final point of delivery. It may take some time before the mailroom delivers the package to you (or will instruct you to pick it up).

Safe Drop

A safe location on the property. Check around for the package. Check with other members of the household, as they may have brought it inside.

 

4. Ask us to start an investigation

If you still can't find the package after going through the above steps, please ask us to start an investigation by opening a support ticket below. We'll begin working to find the missing package.

Need help?

If your order hasn't received a tracking update in a while, it's generally due to a courier error, and it will likely still be delivered within the shipping times displayed above.

However, if your order exceeds the delivery window or you need assistance, feel free to contact us using the "Contact Us" portal on the website.

* Please make sure the items in your order are selected correctly because once they're shipped, they can't be stopped or cancelled in transit. If you decide not to keep the items or part of it, our 7-day return policy applies.
